Returns & refund

You have the right to withdraw from your order within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

1. on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;
2. on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, provided that you have ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately;
3. on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered a good that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;
4. on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first good, provided that goods are delivered regularly as part of a single order over a fixed period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kukui GmbH, Dienerstrasse 70, CH-8004 Zurich, Phone: +41 43 243 03 44, Email: kukui@kukui.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will promptly (e.g., via email) confirm receipt of your withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The costs of return are borne by the buyer.

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the goods and refund payments received from you for them, excluding delivery costs, as follows:

• Unopened and new products: full price
• Opened but unused products: price minus 10% deduction
• Products opened and used for testing purposes: price minus 20% deduction
• Used products exceeding normal testing for the nature, properties, and functioning: no refund

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
